First week results - 9/22/8 through 9/28/8
Since I am documenting the results as I go along, I needed to choose a period of time to do it. A week sounded good. In these entries I am hoping to show the following:
- Weight Lost
- Food Eaten
- Exercise Completed
- General Thoughts
Weight Lost
For the first week I lost a total of 17 pounds. I cannot explain the rapid weight loss, but I will add it to my ongoing research. This was a very satisfying start.
Food Eaten
I use NutriBase to track what I eat and the exercise I’ve completed. It doesn’t have a very effective reporting system, but I am going to try something here.

Exercise Completed
I’ll get into the exercise detail at a later point, but this was the first week. You’ll notice the 0 calorie intake days.
General Thoughts
The first week of weight loss went well. A little tried on the alternatve day fasting days, but the exercise took most of those thoughts out of my head.
I’ll tell you I like the changes in my body, though.
